Requirements
8–12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations.
3–5+ years in a leadership or management role.
Negotiation of cost reductions, vendor consolidation programs, and supply contracts required
ERP systems implementation, especially QAD
Systematic management of suppliers including establishment of KPIs required
Experience managing complex supply chains in manufacturing, distribution, or retail environments preferred
Responsibilities
The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain strategy, including procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and supplier relationships.
This role ensures efficient operations, cost control, and high service levels while aligning supply chain activities with organizational goals.
The Director will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, strengthen supplier partnerships, and enhance supply chain resilience.
Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
Lead and mentor supply chain, procurement, planning, and logistics teams.
