Responsibilities
The Specialist works closely with the Lead, People Partner, escalating complex, high-risk, or strategic matters while independently managing routine HR processes and standard employee relations cases.
This role also supports ongoing HR compliance efforts by monitoring regulatory developments and researching emerging HR trends to keep the People team informed.
Providing day-to-day HR support to managers and employees by clarifying policies, procedures, and established people processes.
Executing core people programs (performance cycles, corrective action processes, onboarding, and offboarding) with consistency and accuracy.
Supporting HR compliance operations by maintaining employee records, assisting with audits, and helping implement policy updates.
Monitoring HR trends, employment law updates, and regulatory changes; synthesizing findings and sharing relevant insights with the People team to support awareness and consistent application.
