The Field Service Technician is responsible for supporting the deployment, commissioning, and ongoing service of Hyliion’s KARNO Power Module through hands-on assembly training and field-based service execution.

This role ensures reliable system performance by performing installations, startups, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support across diverse operating environments.

By serving as a technical liaison between the factory, engineering teams, and customers, the technician helps deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality distributed power solutions.

Assemble mechanical and electromechanical subsystems of the KARNO Power Module

Develop a working knowledge of system architecture, operating principles, controls, and safety requirements

Support factory testing, inspections, and quality verification activities
