Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Intern at Xometry, you'll be at the forefront of driving customer satisfaction through providing operational support and cross functional work relating to our customers.

Assist customers via email, chat, and phone by answering product, order, and account-related questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Support daily operations by documenting customer interactions, updating internal systems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Engineering) to improve customer experience and identify recurring issues or process improvements.
