Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations Manager
provides leadership to manufacturing operations supervisors, leads, and teams and is accountable for both short and long-term functional strategies and operational direction of departments.
The role is to lead subordinate leaders by championing Barry-Wehmiller’s Truly Human Leadership approach, where success is measured by the way we touch the lives of our co-workers and team members.
The Manufacturing Operations Manager must be a leader who can develop others, be a strategic thinker, and be influential.
This leader is an analytical person with a prominent level of ownership and the ability to communicate with executive leadership and provide recommendations when necessary.
This role is the owner or co-owner of all plant Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Plant Housekeeping/ flow projects.
