Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) plus 2 years’ manufacturing experience required; OR equivalent combination of education in Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial Technology and/or industrial manufacturing experience.  One year in a leadership capacity desired.

Responsibilities

Summary:

Supervises and coordinates the daily activities in the Protecto 401 coating process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include those listed below.  Other duties may be assigned.  This position is a full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) on-site position.

Schedules, coordinates, and oversee the lining process to deliver quality products that are on time and produced efficiently.

Supports and holds team members and self-accountable for EHS and Quality systems, McWane policies, and McWane Way programs.
