The float Pharmacist on the PM inpatient team covers all the inpatient units: malignant hematology, stem cell transplant including immune effector cell therapies, medical/radiation oncology, palliative care and the short stay unit.

The pharmacist will work in challenging clinical practices requiring extensive collaboration with well-developed multidisciplinary team, innovation, creativity and compassion.

You are expected to have the knowledge, skills, and expertise to work with varied specialized patient populations, for both standard-of-care and clinical trials.
