As a Health Safety Environmental (HSE) Specialist at Tessenderlo Kerley, you will be responsible for supporting HSE programs for a portion of TKI’s 19 chemical manufacturing plants, laboratories, farms, fabrication shop, and the Corporate Office.

Lead periodic HSE assessments of facilities to identify workplace hazards and procedural gaps, support efforts that ensure regulatory compliance, and recommend corrective actions.

Support preparation of HSE procedures and corporate-wide HSE initiatives to reduce operational risks.

Support development and delivery of HSE training content to employees.

Assist analysis of current and proposed government regulatory standards (OSHA, DOT, EPA and other entities) to ensure compliance and possible implications to the business.

Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
