Requirements

3+ years of experience maintaining industrial equipment and automation systems

Skilled at troubleshooting automation, conveyance, and electromechanical systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

Allen-Bradley PLC experience strongly preferred

Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Fanuc or equivalent 6-axis robots

Familiarity with safety control devices, LOTO procedures, and Arc Flash safety standards

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, along with the drive to continue growing their technical skillset on the job.

You will work closely with Equipment Engineers, Process Engineers, and Operations teams as the first line of response to equipment failures, helping keep lines running and continuously improving equipment reliability.

Provide day-to-day coverage of production line equipment and respond to alarms, breakdowns, and production requests quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime

Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and clearly communicate findings and corrective actions to engineering and operations teams

Perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds as required, including occasional weekend and holiday coverage

Use manufacturing systems effectively, including MES, spare parts inventory systems, and issue tracking platforms
