Excellent sourcing skills, including the use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other technical platforms.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Experience in creating and maintaining hiring guides or recruitment playbooks.

Knowledge of recruitment metrics and the ability to analyze data to improve hiring processes.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software such as Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our hiring efforts and oversee the operational aspects of the recruitment process. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while also contributing to the development of hiring guides, building relationships with hiring managers, external hiring partners, and engaging with talent communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating efficient and inclusive hiring processes.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening,  and interviewing.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and create tailored hiring strategies.

Develop and maintain hiring guides and resources to ensure consistency and efficiency in the recruitment process.

Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with external hiring partners, including recruitment agencies, talent communities, and diversity-focused organizations.
