2-4 years of professional experience in Ad Tech, with a strong preference for individuals who have worked within an SSP or DSP.
Strong ability to interpret complex system signals and bid-stream data; high proficiency in relational database querying and utilizing SQL or Looker logic.
A true "builder" mindset with a deep interest in utilizing AI, machine learning, or automated prompt engineering to continuously improve operational workflows.

As the programmatic ecosystem expands, maintaining optimal system performance and deep technical harmony between platforms is paramount.
The Campaign Ops Associate sits at the core of our technical operations, serving as the technical lead within a cross-functional pod.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical complexity and business logic, taking ownership of the integrity and yield performance of the Place Exchange and Broadsign supply-side ecosystem.
You will run deep diagnostics, untangle complex delivery anomalies, and build automation workflows that keep our exchange operating at peak health.
