Requirements
2–4 years of experience in instructional design or learning and development.
Proven experience designing eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning programs.
Knowledge of instructional design models.
Proficiency with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline).
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong skills in curriculum development, storyboarding, and assessment creation.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and synthesize information, transforming complex concepts into clear and engaging learning content suitable for a variety of delivery methods.
Apply diverse instructional strategies, adult learning principles to create effective and learner-focused learning experiences.
Create detailed storyboards that outline the structure, interactions, and multimedia elements of eLearning courses, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
Develop formative and summative assessments that measure learner progress and provide valuable feedback to enhance the learning journey.
Utilize instructional technology tools and platforms to design engaging and interactive learning solutions, while staying informed about emerging trends in educational technology.
