Associate Designer – Transmission and Distribution

3+ years of experience using MicroStation, AutoCAD, or similar design software.

, you’ll contribute to the design of high-powered substations using MicroStation, Revit, and AutoCAD software, supporting the infrastructure that powers our communities.

Working alongside experienced engineers and technicians, you’ll develop technical expertise while producing accurate and detailed designs that meet future energy demands.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and motivated designer looking to expand their skills in substation and transmission projects while collaborating with a team that values innovation, quality, and client success.

Assist in computer-aided design (CAD) operations, including plan production and entry-level design tasks under moderate supervision.

Develop detailed drawings for utility transmission and substation projects using MicroStation, Revit, or AutoCAD.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to contribute and work well with a team.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
