Minimum 3 years of experience with outbound/order fulfillment operations required

Experience handling the following power equipment is a plus: cherry picker, sit-down, reach and turret truck

Ability to problem-solve with the needs of the customer and company in mind

This supervisory position is responsible for directing and leading the process flow to ensure the department’s SLAs are being met.

In addition, you’ll develop policies and procedures to enhance and streamline processes, as well as provide hands-on team leadership that includes training, mentoring and coaching employees.

Planning and monitoring daily labor needs based on immediate and forecasted order and unit volumes

Creating and implementing standards and metrics for the team

Understand Inventory movements based on item velocity and operational goals

Detailed understanding of operational goals and special projects to ensure inventory accuracy and placement within the warehouse
