Designs, manages, and administers employee benefits programs to attract and retain talent, ensure regulatory compliance, and support employee well-being while optimizing company costs. Serves as a strategic partner to multiple stakeholder groups.

You will be embedded in one of these global HR functions to drive project efficiency and help us pioneer the use of AI in the workplace:

People Operations:

Manages the administrative and operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes and employee support.
