Requirements

1-2 years chemical manufacturing or applicable experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Chemical Technician II is responsible for supporting operations by staging and moving manufacturing materials around the site via forklift, pallet jack, or hand. Performing production floor support activities such as stocking materials, obtaining samples, changing filters, labeling and packaging finished materials.
Preparing tanks to receive production batches, perform compounding/transferring operations, and loading/unloading of bulk materials.
Performs housekeeping tasks. Works under the direction and supervision of more experienced operations team members.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
Moves manufacturing materials as required, including by hand.
Prepares packaging, obtains samples, changes filters, labels and loads drums, totes, and tankers with finished product.
