Responsibilities

As an early member of a new engineering technician team, you will play a key role in building, setting up, and running equipment to support the development of manufacturing lines at Redwood Materials.

You’ll work hands-on across mechanical and electrical tools to help validate product performance and reliability.

You will support all phases of the product development lifecycle from early design validation to long-term production line improvements by assembling equipment, operating equipment safely, capturing data, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Flexibility to support different shifts as the operation scales is required

Build, set up, and execute equipment fabrication on the manufacturing lines

Partner with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, operations) to support FMEAs and test plan execution
