Senior FP&A Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance-related role

Must have manufacturing industry experience.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

As a key member of our Finance team, you will provide critical financial analysis and decision support that drives OBE’s growth and operational efficiency. Partnering closely with commercial and operations teams, you will contribute to optimizing profitability, improving financial processes, and supporting data-driven decisions across the organization.

Job responsibilities include:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Deliver timely, value-added financial reporting and analysis to drive profitable sales growth and operational improvements.

Create, refine, and present monthly reporting packages, budget reviews, and project analyses to leadership.

Continuously enhance the accuracy, clarity, and impact of financial reports to enable actionable outcomes.
