Experience coordinating high-volume recruitment is an asset

Responsibilities

Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies including reach outs through Indeed and LinkedIn

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screens

Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings aligned with business needs

Track recruitment metrics and provide reporting as needed

Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
