Compensation & Benefits
$55,000-$65,000 + overtime

Responsibilities
Real Chemistry is looking for an Account Executive join our growing Medical Affairs team!
The Account Executive for 'Scientific and Medical Affairs' is the heart-and-soul of the team: The master-coordinator and client's best friend.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team where you will be working directly with an Account Director and Senior Vice President who are keen to welcome and mentor an account associate that's keen to learn and help us continue our client success.
Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of your account, including managing the processes of the account (including running regular internal team meetings), flow of work, delegation of tasks (oversee status reports to ensure all team actions are complete) and the status of jobs across the account (not just your own)
Ownership of and accountability for client projects, ensuring that projects are delivered to highest possible standards within budget and agreed timeframes
Ongoing communication with your account lead on the progress of projects; alerting them to any barriers to project completion and being proactive in making recommendations and proposing solutions on how to proceed
