Work environment and physical demands
Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, bend or be on your feet for extended periods of time
Regularly work in wet, cold, hot conditions requiring the use of protective apparel/equipment to prevent exposure to the elements and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
Must be able to frequency lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance

Responsibilities
With safety and service at the forefront, the apprentice helps ensure every lift ride is consistent, dependable, and enjoyable for guests and staff alike.
Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
Assist in responding to lift malfunctions or breakdowns, helping to troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime and guest disruption
Understand how to run lift on auxiliary or evacuation diesels
Perform daily pre-operational inspection of ski lifts
Inspect tires and belts on detachable lifts
