Compensation & Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is

$80,000-$115,000 annually

; base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity grants in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave).

Responsibilities

Manage inbound press inquiries and coordinate response

Support announcement communications — drafting, editing, and coordinating press releases and supporting materials

Maintain Boulder Care's company LinkedIn presence, including publishing cadence and  content development across announcements and milestones, as part of Boulder's broader brand visibility strategy.

Lead award application development from content drafting through submission and follow-up

Internal Communications

Coordinate with People function and other operational teams to support updates and company-wide announcements
