AI Extern

BetterHelp is looking for an AI Extern to help us scale and increase our impact. You will use data to drive insight into the product and business. The ideal candidate would have experience/exposure to analyzing large and complex data sets related to web products. You'll be doing plenty of data wrangling and post-hoc analysis, both to support product improvements, marketing efficiency, and business decisions.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s or PhD program in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics,Operations Research, or Engineering

Completed coursework in NLP and LLM

Deep understanding of neural networks and deep learning and generative AI

Familiarity with reinforcement learning

Coding for Production: Develop and maintain production-ready code, ensuring robustness and efficiency. Collaborate with the DevOps and ML-Ops teams to integrate machine learning models seamlessly into production environments.

Database Proficiency: Write and optimize SQL queries, showcasing your ability to interact with and manipulate databases effectively.
