Responsibilities
Customer and Product Quality Engineer
As an important member of the TOMRA Recycling Quality Team, the Customer and product Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the application of quality and customer requirements throughout all phases of the product lifecycle—from offer and development to order execution.
Evaluating quality requirements in customer inquiries and contracts for feasibility and risk, and ensuring their implementation throughout the product lifecycle
Establishing and reporting customer- and product-related quality KPIs
Failure management and problem solving related to internal and external quality issues
Define and implement quality concepts for product live cycle
