Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Iron Worker/Welder.
Strong knowledge of ironworking and welding techniques, including layout and erection.
Experience with a variety of welding processes (e.g., 3G, 4G, SMAW).

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for welding on industrial and construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of work. The Welder will work closely with the Foremen/Superintendent to ensure project goals are met. The role involves unloading, stacking, and organizing steel materials, erecting structural steel, and performing welding tasks on construction sites. Additionally, may assist with minor mechanical repairs or installations. Requires the ability to operate heavy equipment such as manlifts, forklifts, etc.
Safety
Attend daily safety meetings and toolbox talks with the crew.
Identify and address potential safety hazards immediately.
