Associate Manager Data Science / RR-0302002

8+ years of experience in Transition, Program Management, or Business Process Transformation.

Proven experience managing end-to-end process transitions in a BPO/BPM environment.

Proficiency in transition methodologies, tools, and reporting dashboards.

Experience in Life Insurance/Financial Services domain is an added advantage.

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Facilitate change management and change control reviews to ensure business continuity.

Establish dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and transition metrics for program tracking.
