Requirements
3+ years experience running paid media, specifically managing Amazon DSP campaigns, in a consulting/agency role or for a large brand.
Experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns and using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to perform campaign analysis.
Experience on other advertising platforms such as Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart DSP, and The Trade Desk is a plus.
Experience managing display (Amazon DSP) marketing budgets in the multi-million dollar range
Well versed in bid and budget management, content optimization, and promotion planning
Proven experience in working with VP, SVP, and C-level executives of enterprise-level companies
Compensation & Benefits
The typical base pay range for this role across the US is USD: $120,600 - $147,800/per year. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15%, subject to company and individual performance.
This base pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at CommerceIQ and will be narrowed based on a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.

Responsibilities
Fueled by our customer and business growth, we’re looking for a
Customer Success Manager, Advertising (DSP)
to run and grow relationships with our customers, ensuring they are successfully adopting the product.
Specifically, this role will oversee the management of display advertising campaigns on platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, and The Trade Desk (TTD).
The goal of our Customer Success Managers at CommerceIQ is, simply, to help our customers achieve profitable revenue growth using our platform.
They do so by partnering with the CommerceIQ Customer Success Team and other cross-functional partners to onboard, train, and provide day-to-day support for our customers.
