Business Intelligence Analyst

Various administrative tasks including updating client information and data entry

Ensure the quality of the Asian client information within the Client System is regularly reviewed, particularly focusing on newly created Asian Client accounts (Worldwide) in Asia Art sales weeks in global locations including but not limited to:

duplicated and house-holded client profiles

layout, name and address details are correct to assist search criteria

Report on changes made and present suggestions going forward

Facilitate the company’s effectiveness in complying with the Hong Kong Data Protection Act by reaching out to new clients and confirming their consent to mail to them

The post-holder will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills to provide timely information, knowledge and insight to various internal customers across the whole of the global business.

The post offers the opportunity to influence opinion within the organisation based on insight into the business and therefore requires accuracy, clarity and maturity to deliver actionable information.

Assisting the Bids Department’s function

Day to day sales support including but not limited to telephone, absentee and online bids, and clerking

Respond to client’s enquiries during sales

Be organized and detail-oriented, and have excellent prioritization skills

Work well in a team

Be able to work independently to meet goals and deadlines
