Requirements
\u2022 2 to 5 years of proven sales leadership experience.
\u2022 5+ years of proven successful experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in a SaaS model focused on selling into SLED accounts.
\u2022 Proven track record of success managing a sales team.
\u2022 Strong understanding of SLED buying cycles, procurement processes, contract vehicles, and channel-aligned motions within SLED.
\u2022 Experience managing and improving sales KPIs.
\u2022 A Salesforce enthusiast that uses data to help the team be successful; experience with Salesloft, GovSpend, GovWin, or similar tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
NinjaOne is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our SLED Sales team, with a focus on managing our SMB and Mid Market SLED Account Executives.
This leadership role is critical in developing and scaling our go-to-market strategies for State & Local Governments and Education prospects.
As the Sales Manager, SLED, you will guide a team of Account Executives who bring strong sales acumen and a passion for helping public sector organizations modernize and simplify IT.
In this role, you will work closely with senior sales leadership, marketing, channel, product, engineering, and field teams to drive successful sales strategies across the NinjaOne platform.
This highly visible role requires a strong blend of sales leadership, operational rigor, territory strategy, and business partnership to support our continued growth in the public sector market.
