Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Security, Risk, Compliance, Technology)
Active TS/SCI clearance
At least five years of prior relevant experience
Certifications as a FSO, CSSO, and ITPSO
Experience with facility clearance (FCL) requirements and security investigations

Responsibilities
Serves as the principal certified Facility Security Officer (FSO), Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO), Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO)
Recruit, retain, and lead the security department and those functions with security responsibilities or duties
Supervises daily security activities and enforces compliance for government and across all DoD programs, contracts, and work sites
Develops scalable systems and processes to manage visit authorization requests (VAR), security indoctrination, debriefings, travel briefings, annual refresher trainings, SCI nominations
Manages, administers, and supervises all activities within security systems of record including but not limited to e-QIP, NISS, and DISS
Designs, manages, and leads the commercial corporate security program to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, U.S. national, and international requirements
