Deploy and make Vocca's first US clients successful (config, go-live, support, success, account management).
Start 100% hands-on for the first month, then write the playbook and build the deployment team that keeps up with US growth,
from a handful of centers today to ~$6M ARR deployed and ~6-8 people by end of 2027.
Team
Write the US ops/implementation playbook, then hire, structure and manage the deployment team (~6-8 by end of 2027).
