You are a high-agency operator and business builder who enjoys solving complex, ambiguous problems and turning them into action.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the COO. You will operate at the center of the business, tackling critical operational challenges, driving strategic initiatives, and helping scale Deel globally.
You move quickly, prioritize effectively, and are comfortable owning problems end-to-end, from defining the problem to implementing the solution.
For top performers, this role provides a clear trajectory toward leading a function or business unit (GM path) as the company scales.

Responsibilities
Partner directly with the COO on high-priority operational and strategic initiatives
Drive execution of Deel’s global expansion across operations, products, and new markets
Own end-to-end delivery of critical projects — from opportunity identification to execution
Break complex problems into clear, actionable workstreams
Generate data-driven insights through analysis of large datasets
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
