Rubrik is looking for a strategic, technically deep Staff Product Manager to own the AI Platform that powers the Rubrik Security Cloud control plane.

In this role you will design the system that allows AI agents to make good decisions, act safely, and scale across our product surface.

You will own the infrastructure layer beneath the agent experience including areas such as the governance framework, guardrails, permissions, multi-tool orchestration, failure handling, memory management, and cost containment.

You will work closely with our development teams to earn the trust of our customers.
