Requirements
3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or the fintech industry, with a proven track record of driving lead generation and achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with the ability to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities effectively
Familiar with the sales process, including lead qualification, prospecting, and moving leads through the early stages of the funnel
A passion for technology, innovation, and understanding customer pain points to provide tailored solutions
Able to quickly adjust strategies based on feedback and evolving market conditions
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, this role is eligible for comisssion. Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a key role in driving the success of our Sales team.
This individual will be responsible for the critical early stages of the sales cycle, focusing on prospecting, lead qualification, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
The BDR will actively research and engage with prospects, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline for the team while helping identify and target the best opportunities for growth.
Communicate effectively the value of our products and services, tailoring the message to meet the specific needs of each prospect.
Coordinate and book meetings for regional sales representatives, ensuring smooth transitions and handoffs.
Identify high-potential companies and decision-makers that align with our ideal customer profile.
