Responsibilities

This position will supervise staff that are researching and would potentially implement new legislation, rule promulgation, implementation of new rules and education and outreach for new and existing rules.   Finally, this supervisor would be responsible for the implementation of a statewide media campaign for recycling as required under the Recycled Content Law.
