5+ years experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM tool.

4+ years experience in ServiceNow development \u2013 experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications\u00A0

5+ years with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5.
