2 years' experience with at least one year experience in a spiritual care role in a social services setting, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities
The Evangelism Discipleship Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and leading the evangelism and discipleship ministries of Burlington Community Church.
The incumbent will focus on advancing the church’s mission of reaching individuals who are not yet connected to the church community, sharing the message of Jesus, and fostering an environment where newcomers feel welcomed, supported, and integrated into the life of the church.
The coordinator will provide pastoral leadership in the areas of outreach, evangelism, and discipleship.
The incumbent will recruit, train, equip, and support volunteers involved in evangelism and discipleship ministries, ensuring they are empowered to effectively serve and engage others.
The coordinator will also cultivate relationships with church members, visitors, and individuals exploring faith, providing guidance, encouragement, and opportunities for spiritual growth and discipleship.
