Experience acting as an implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional implementation or partner projects.

Contributing to project management activities, including creating and updating project plans and timelines.

Resolving customer support issues in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities

In this opportunity as an

Implementation Consultant

, you will:

Bring 5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing.

Demonstrate an understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions.

Deliver end-user and super-user training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting.
