IT MANAGER - FIELD SUPPORT

Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, network engineering, information technology, or equivalent industry experience

6+ years of IT experience in a manufacturing or industrial operations environment

3+ years of experience managing or providing technical leadership to distributed IT teams

Strong knowledge of Cisco switch configurations, VLANs, and network troubleshooting

Working knowledge of network cabling standards, structured cabling, and connectivity in industrial environments

We are seeking a technically strong IT Manager - Field Support to provide infrastructure oversight and technical guidance across JBS/Pilgrim's manufacturing locations in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama. This position reports to the IT Director based in the Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado.

This role provides dotted-line technical oversight to plant IT technicians across the region, ensuring consistent infrastructure standards, timely resolution of production-impacting issues, and successful delivery of IT projects across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable in a plant environment, and capable of driving technical standards while collaborating with corporate IT teams.
