Global Employment Tax Advisor, EMEA

3+ years of relevant experience in tax compliance, including payroll tax, benefit tax, and equity-related tax issues.

Mastery in calculations, graphing, tables, and automation to process large quantities of data for analytical projects.

Preferred certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACA or FCA (Chartered Accountant), EA (Enrolled Agent).

Manage all elements of tax compliance to ensure the company meets tax regulations associated with employment tax, such as income tax, payroll tax, and social security tax.

Provide expert advice on employment tax matters to cross-functional partners & business, including mentorship on the tax implications of compensation, benefits, travel & expenses, and remote work.

Strategically lead global projects with various internal partners and provide comprehensive project reports and documentation.

Support employment tax audits, gather and analyse data, and help respond to information requests.

Identify and drive operational improvements and adopt market standard methodologies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Encourage clear communication and cooperation with cross-functional teams and lead all aspects of external tax providers to guarantee a positive experience for Adobe and our employees.
