Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Experience creating, scheduling, and monitoring email marketing campaigns

Support strategic programs through manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle - prospecting, nurturing, retention, surveys, and transactional communications

Partner with designers and copywriters to optimize creative and templates based on performance data and industry best practices

Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable email marketing platform

Proven ability to code emails from base templates and ensure consistent rendering across devices
