Business Associate/Manager

Legal

Support the registration and sales teams in reviewing and negotiating contracts for gallery transactions, including loans and consignments, and third-party exhibition and collaboration agreements;

Liaise with external counsel on art law-related matters;

Draft and assist with legal documents and contracts for special projects and exhibitions.

Insurance & Real Estate

Manage gallery-wide insurance policies and renewals in coordination with the COO;
