5-7 years of professional software engineering experience, with proven success at senior-level responsibilities.
Senior level experience with React (preferably React 19) and experience with Java (preferably Java 11+).

Responsibilities
Commercial & Industrial Team
facilitates the management of our non-residential demand response programs, covering some of our largest customers and programs by flexible grid capacity. Our newly formed team will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability and flexibility of our future by creating a first class platform for our clients.
As a senior engineer, you would support our mission by providing expertise and guidance from past industry experience, and autonomously developing high-quality solutions that balance multiple constraints while ensuring long-term flexibility.
You will be working cross platform both on our application engineering codebases and on our data engineering tools such as Snowflake and DBT.
Design and implement core platform features that solve for multiple constraints and use cases.
Design and lead technical initiatives in React and provide guidance on front end best practices and standards.
