Experience administering or governing enterprise workflow and project management platforms such as Adobe Workfront.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies preferred.

Advanced knowledge of marketing process management, workflow optimization, and operational excellence principles

Experience administering and governing enterprise workflow platforms such as Adobe Workfront

Experience designing and implementing marketing processes, automation solutions and workflow technologies

Compensation & Benefits

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$97,500.00 - $156,975.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.

Responsibilities

Implements tactical process improvement goals that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across business functions.

Manages large process improvement projects and/or processes, overseeing initiatives such as enterprise-wide process standardization, advanced workflow redesigns, and compliance-driven business improvements.

Adapts precedents and may make departures from traditional approaches to develop innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Communicates with and influences senior management, providing insights into process optimization strategies, automation frameworks, and efficiency-driven cost reductions.
