Buying Coordinator

1-3 years of experience in apparel at a retailer/e-commerce company (preferred)

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is

$22-25 per hour and a 5% bonus eligibility

, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.

We are seeking a Buying Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Buying team at Reformation across Retail and Wholesale.

This is a highly collaborative role where the buying coordinator partners closely with a variety of cross functional teams.

For a high-performer, there is a clear pathway for future growth into Category Management and broader strategic buying responsibilities as you master our systems and assortments.

Generate correct and timely purchase orders, and track and maintain them throughout the entire process across Retail and Wholesale

Assist the team with updating documentation and ensuring all data is accurate and up to date

Work closely with the buying team on assortment planning and management for the Apparel business
