Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
2–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Prior auditing experience required (Big 4 strongly preferred; regional firms acceptable)
Healthcare industry experience preferred (MSO/DSO experience a strong plus)
Experience working in multi-entity or high-growth environments is a plus
Responsibilities
The accountant is responsible for supporting general accounting operations, financial reporting, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This role will work closely with Finance leadership to maintain efficient and standardized accounting processes while supporting a high-growth, multi-entity healthcare organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in auditing, experience in healthcare or similar industries, and proficiency in ERP systems.
