Social Worker - Concurrent Disorder

three or more years of specialized clinical experience working with individuals living with a concurrent disorder and their families is required

The ability to provide culturally competent service to clients  is required

Experience in developing and delivering educational workshops/presentations to a range of audiences and supporting capacity building initiatives are essential

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 7.5 hour shifts - 08:30 - 16:30, except Tuesday which an evening shift 1100-1900  (hours subject to change based on operational needs)

Salary:

$47.039 to $60.979 per hour

Working in the Adult Outpatient Mental Health Program, the candidate will be required to complete assessments, develop, implement and evaluate treatment plans for individuals with complex concurrent disorders (mental health and addiction).  The candidate will liaise with other services within the Mental Health program and with community agencies to coordinate care for clients.

They will be expected to utilize critical thinking, problem solving and customer service in their approach to care and service delivery.
