Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales.
Work directly with management and service technicians to find customer solutions.
Provide service technicians or external sales pricing for more complex projects that require additional resources that would be unavailable in the field.
Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals to customers within 24 hours utilizing our BOE form and vendor requested pricing.
Maintain and updates Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and SAM daily.
Provide a list of labor, materials, and parts for order entry.
