Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years in seed product development, agronomy, product strategy, or product management.
Familiarity with seed market dynamics and economics; from seed suppliers to resellers and growers.
Understanding of seed regulatory and quality requirements for commercialization.
Knowledge of soybean production systems, such as geographical differences related to cropping systems, disease & pest pressure, and weed management programs.
Ability to influence without direct authority across R&D, agronomy, sales, and marketing functions.
