Supervise and train welder helpers.

Examine/inspect working conditions and identify problems, inaccuracies, and cost-saving measures that arise or that may occur. Take corrective actions as needed.

Choose filler metals and construction material to complete assignments.

Produce quality work, meeting requirements of plans, specifications, and industry standards.

Be motivated and work productively and safely.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
